Email Integration

We are Tally sales & Services Partners, we are gettings calls for Tally Support from our customers, in that case our sales team are raising service ticket to the customer and after solving they are closing the ticket in that case i need this service ticket status want to sent to customer mail id by using enjay automation, i have created the template and done with email configuration and created the workflow about this creation and closing of ticket but it is not working i didn’t find any issue in it.
