In my crm url-https://ama2.sangamcrm.com/ i started email campaign for which i allocated the mails to different users. While creating the campaign i used both the option of tag applier and user as i want the email to be sent from individual users email id, however the email is going from only admin email id.

If you are using SMTP, it’s not possible to send campaigns from multiple email IDs. To achieve this functionality, you’ll need to switch to SendGrid, which supports multiple sender identities.
Even with SendGrid, you will need to:
- Create user-wise campaigns
- Create separate templates for each user
- Configure each template with the respective user’s email ID
