Email Alert Not Triggering When Sales Stage Reaches "Purchase Order"

I’m trying to set up a workflow in Sangam CRM where an email alert is triggered when the Sales Stage of a deal changes to “Purchase Order.” I’ve created the workflow and added a condition using “When a field in the target module changes to or from a specified value.” In the condition setup, I’ve set the new value to “Purchase Order” and left the old value blank (unchecked), as I only want the alert to trigger when the deal enters this stage — not when it remains unchanged.

I’ve also added the recipient (Arunava) under alerts and configured the email body. Could you please confirm if this is the correct way to do it? Also, any tips on how to test this correctly or optimize the setup would be appreciated.
