Don't want to see and access the lead details among each other in sales team

Can we arrange or modify CRM so my sales team not able to view Leads details among them .
I am a Team leader and my 4 Sales team members in 4 different city . I don’t want they should see each others data.
Only Reporting Manager can see
How we can do restriction to view this
