CRM not working properly as i have marked a follow up for payments from the client also i have mentioned date and time for the notifications but neither i received any notifications for the same via pop up on my mobile screen and neither on the system.

The user you mentioned has a total of 12 leads assigned, and those are already closed — as you can see in the second screenshot. So how will they appear on the overdue dashboard? And how will a follow-up date notification come?
Sir, this is not closed, these customers have booked the flats, we have to call them on time for the next payment, which includes registering their flat, getting a loan, giving possession, we have to update all this by calling from time to time, we tag the closed leads in the leads list, this is our booking, it does not appear in the list, so please check and tell me what needs to be done so that we get these updates from time to time, which customer needs to be called and when
Please advise where these leads should be displayed — in the Open section or the Result section — because the Open section works based on status and follow-up date.
