Many instances of Free Customer CRM is sharing a major concern or getting CRM Slow which ultimately looses their interested in using CRM.
They do believe the product is quite good and might be a right fit if we use it wisely. But only issues they face is getting it slow when required to use.

If as a Partner we could do any troubleshooting part then teach us we shall check first and then get back to the customer.
As compared to their alternate CRM due to speed issues they are loosing interest.
On Creating Lead, on Global Search, On Entering an Opportunity or converting Lead into opportunity.
Also when creating quotation and fetching Local contacts.
