Created New instance but can't able to open

I have created new instance but not able to open it after 15 min
pls check once

Now it’s working check again.

Some time it’s taken some more time. Minimum time is 10 min to 48 hrs. World wide propogation.

But mainly it’s working within 10 minutes to 1 hrs. Approx.
