I need to create link in google sheets to open a ticket directly from ticket number. How can this be done?

I export some reports from CRM in google sheets where I have created some sort of Dashboard. From there I want to create link for the ticket so that I can open a ticket from the link in google sheets and edit the specific ticket directly instead of searching the ticket number and then editing. I can show you more in remote access at your convenience.
