reminder mail is not coming in contract module for renewal

This is not a default flow. So, Could you confirm if you are using the contract automation feature or if you have configured any workflow to achieve this?

Yes, ma’am. It is not the default configuration; however, we have set up the workflow as per your use case. During the last check, the mail was successfully received, but there was an issue with the template content, which was discussed.

@Skhan Sir, There is no default reminder mail setup. For reminder mail, you need to set the workflow. Could you please confirm whether the workflow is created or not?
