While uploading contact I have added first+last name in last name (first name is blank) itself so will there be any problem in future regarding MIS or sending mails,etc.

This will cause an issue only if the First Name field is used in the template. If the First Name field is not used, it will work fine.
Please just make sure not to use the First Name field in the template.
