I copied some test from WhatsApp and pested it into CRM comments. There are multiple line gaps in the comment. When I saved it, the line gaps are visible in the moble layout but the line gaps are not visible in the Web layout ( onDesktop). Please check what is the issue and resolve. Check attachments for you reference.
