Can we have only 12-hour clock in the system?

Can we have only 12-hour clock in the system?The client doesnt want 13,14,15,16…

The user needs to change the device’s time format from 24-hour to 12-hour. Once the device’s time format is updated, it will automatically apply to Sangam Mobile CRM as well.

Have already set it up mam.
Any more changes I need to make?
Because its still not showing
