Calls are not getting logged in Sangam

I am using Samvad since last 3 months.

All my users have same mobile device model, but suddenly the calls of two users are not getting logged.

Please help me troubleshoot this issue.

To troubleshoot the issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check if Call Logging is Enabled
  • Open the Samvad app.
  • Click on the menu option in the lower-left corner.
  • Open “Call Log Settings.”
  • Ensure that call logging is enabled for the desired SIM card. There are two options in call logging:
    1. Log All Calls – logs both incoming and outgoing calls.
    2. Log Samvad Numbers Only – logs incoming and outgoing calls for numbers saved in the Samvad prospect module.
  1. Check for Required Permissions
  • Open the Samvad app.
  • Click on the menu option in the lower-left corner.
  • Open “Permissions Requirement.”
  • Ensure all required permissions are granted (Call log permission, Make phone calls, Call recordings, Drawing over other apps, Notifications).
  • If you see a red cross icon next to any permission, it means that permission hasn’t been granted. To fix this:
    • Click on the red cross icon.
    • A pop-up will appear asking for permission.
    • Click “Allow” to give the required permission.
    • Once granted, the red cross will turn into a green tick icon.
  1. Check Battery Optimization Settings
  • Open the Samvad app.
  • Click on the menu option in the lower-left corner.
  • Open “Permissions Requirement.”
  • Scroll down to the last option called “App Battery Optimization.”
  • Click on “Change Battery Optimization.”
  • You will be taken to a list of all apps installed on your phone.
  • Search for “Samvad Telecaller,” click on it, and select “Do not optimize.”
