we want to synchronization only CRM contact, how to do setup ??
Sir, go to mobile application ==> click right side menu ==> click setting ==> click calls ==> click (i) icon on Sync Call History ==> click on crm contact only ==> click save
same issue not relevant contact also sync in CRM after this mobile app setup.
Sorry to say contact sync nahi hote? Sirf call log sync hota hai.
Means all call log sync with CRM ??
