Call Logs Not Sync CRM Mobile App

My CRM after 19th Dec 2024 does not Sync my Call Logs from my Mobile.

Hello sir,

The roll-up sum configured for the total call duration in the Lead module was causing the Call Log APIs to fail, resulting in calls not being logged.

As a solution, I have removed the roll-up sum configuration for the call duration, and the call logs are now working properly.

We have raised a ticket to address the roll-up sum issue and will include the fix in our upcoming release.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

today i got the Application update, so please check, ye problem solved huaa hai ki nahi.

Sir , issue will resolved with web release you have received app release today.
