Auto Number Generator page error in Features

Hello, I am getting this error while visiting the Auto Number Generator page in the Features section. Also, once I create and save an auto generator number entries. It gets disappear and the list goes blank.

I am not able to edit the entries as the list shows nothing had I have to create another entries to test it again.

Please help me resolve this error,
