Exotel API for which point? for IVR integration or for Whatsapp? @SanketBarot

For IVR integration.

If you want to do Exotel IVR integration then required both Exotel and Enjay Technical team to collobrate.

  1. Click to Call
  2. Call Popup
  3. Call log in CRM
  4. call recording link

There are points were both team need to coordinate and change the configuration. I have attached API document.

Sir, i have that your attached PDF, but i am not developer so i cant understand. so can we have any Video or Easy Step, Like Do 1st this and do 2nd etc.

Its purely a technical requirement. So we need to have a collabration with exotel team and sangam crm team.

Ideally customer/partner should send email to support@enjayworld.com and include exotel technical team as well for integration.
