We are currently integrating Sangam CRM with our internal automation tools and require API access to retrieve and update data programmatically. However, it seems that API mode is currently disabled on our instance.
Could you please enable API access for our instance and ensure that the following module(s) are accessible via API:
- Opportunity (Deals)
- Leads
- Contacts (and any other relevant modules)
Our CRM details are as follows:
- Instance URL: https://techpayai.sangamcrm.com
- Organization Name: Techpay AI
We have already generated an API token, but the API responses are returning the login page instead of JSON data, which indicates that the API feature might not be enabled for our account.
Please confirm once API access is enabled or let us know if any additional steps are required from our side.
