For your information, there are two options for recurrence, each serving a different purpose:
- Activity Recurrence: This is useful when you need to create activities with only essential details, such as the start date, end date, and status. It is designed for minimal and focused tasks.
- Same Module Recurrence: This option is better when you want to replicate all the details of the original record.
If details are not being copied, it’s likely because you are using Activity Recurrence. For copying all details, I recommend using Same Module Recurrence, depending on your requirements.

We don’t know about this feature. And also your partner is unaware about this feature. There are many things that partner do not know about the CRM and thats why our CRM implementation is getting delayed.
You provided answer but after some days and that is our backlog. Is there any partner who knows everything about CRM feature?

Yes, it is now resolved but it was pending since last 40 days even if feature was there. Also, the requirement i provided was not new as it was already discussed at day 5 in depth and based on that you provided quote. Right now, what we are doing in the CRM 1) Adding the lead 2) Task Management (Both are already we are doing before any partner onboarding). I also told you that location feature is not working properly but go an adhoc (Jugaad) solution from you. So, Sangam team needs to solve location accuracy feature.
Hello @parth Sir, Sangam Mobile CRM’s location fetching functionality is entirely dependent on Google Maps, as the application retrieves the current location directly from the Google Maps app.
If you encounter any challenges with location accuracy, we recommend verifying the location details within the Google Maps application for confirmation.
There is a slight problem. Let me explain with example.
Actual shop location : B10, Amar Electricals, Anath Ashram Circle, Surat-395004, Gujarat, India. (With this address, you can reach the shop) whereas google address is Bhavani Circle, Surat-395004, with same lat long. There is a problem. We cant replace Google address with our actual address. We require only lat - long of that shop. If person is that at lat - long then he should able to mark attendance with radius defined. AND this is perfectly with other app we have tried for demo purpose with your sangam partner.
We have tried same module recurrence but still end date remains static in all future recurrence activity.
Sir, for same module Recurrence, it will remain static same as the parent module.
We want end date should be dynamic also. How to achieve that?
Also please call me for faster update. Right now, we made mandatory to input end date for every activity. What to do?
