I am unable to add a line item in the quotation tab. Is it something that can be fixed by me or is it something that the back end team will have to fix?

Hello sir,
As per our introspection, in Tax configuration from admin panel non of the tax were in Selected Taxes column of group tax record.
Please check for the same, configure according to your requirements and you can try.

Have you created the product master, without the product master you will not be able to add the line item.
Yes we have have added taexes and product master properly then facing same
Hello Everyone,
For some reason, the taxes were not added properly by my team. However, after adding the taxes correctly in the admin panel, the issue has been resolved and now it’s working properly.
