Quotation inside opportunity

When creating quotation from opportunity then

1. quotation date is blank instead of todays date

2. sometimes the quotation is getting saved with blank “assigned to” hence not able to edit it

3. sometimes the quotation is getting saved with blank “opportunity name” hence not getting linked
