In Sangam CRM prouduct type is Only Hardware/Software/service is given.
How we can add more Product type?

Please follow the steps below to identify which list is used in your field and update it accordingly:
- Navigate to Admin Panel:
- Go to Admin → Studio
- Click on the Contract module
- Locate the Field:
- Search for the “Product Category” field
- Click on the three dots next to the field and select Edit
- Check the List Name:
- In the Option Value section, you will see the list name (as shown below):
Update the List:
- Go to Admin → Dropdown Editor
- Search for the product type list (e.g., product_category_list)
- Click on the list, make the necessary changes based on your use case, and save
