Facing issues trying to integrate Google Workspace email with SangamCRM, I am also the admin for the Google Workspace, have tried as per documentation sent, however it doesn’t work, as the documentation on SangamCRM is with Android based Gmail app, and doesn’t have documentation with Google Workspace Accounts as the options are different.
Can someone help?

Can you share any document which specifies the Google Workspace integration, rather than gmail integration, the documentation I have received and even this forum has is of gmail integration and not Google Workspace integration.
Please find the screen shot of the admin in the CRM and also the screenshot in the Google Workspace Admin, where do we configure the email in the Google Workspace? There is no App Password option at Home in the Admin of Google Workspace!

its Very Simple,
Now Go to Profile - Edit Profile - Fill Email id and App Password
Note: Must Match SMTP Email id and Customer Profile Login Email id both are same.
and Save it.
no need to Setup SMTP Again. Just Enter Email id and Password.
