From yesterday when i am cicking on Lead below window popup
I have tried by refresh logoff and login but not able to see

The issue occurred because the Account module is currently disabled, but the Account Name field is still set on the Lead module list layout.
Suggested Solutions:
- Enable the Account module from Studio and add the Account Name field to the Lead module list view.
OR - Remove the Account Name field from the Lead module list layout from Studio.
For now, we have removed the Account Name field from the list layout, and the Lead list view is loading correctly.
Also, we will handle it from our side for better understanding.
