Hi,

Is there any way to create a form that can be embedded as a form in a wordpress website or shared as a lonk.
This is to capture client requirement.
It can also be used in the chatbot on the website.

We are currently using Hubspot and looking to moving onto SangamCRM.
This is how its done in Hubspot

If there is a help page /youtube to do the same in SangamCrm, please do share

Just to expand, in our current system
once the user fills the form and submits, 2 emails are triggered

  1. to our pre -defined ID with all user details and requirement
  2. to the user summerising his query and letting them know we are working on it

And it is added as a lead in the CRM
