Dear Team,
In the asset module by default Warranty Start Date, Warranty Period and Warranty End Date is available. And when we enter the start date and select the period end date comes automatically. But that will be used to track the warranty given to the customer. One of my customer want to track the warranty given by the OEM of that product in the same asset module. Hence, we added 3 custom fields to track the warranty provided by the OEM. The fields are
Dealer Warranty Start Date
Dealer Warranty Period
Dealer Warranty End Date
But currently the Dealer Warranty Start Date and Dealer Warranty End Date needs to entered manually in CRM and it is nearly impossible to calcualte and enter Dealer Warranty End Date manually. Hence the customer is required the same logic when he enter Dealer Warranty Start Date and select Dealer Warranty Period Dealer Warranty End Date will comes automatically.
Please look into this and tell us how to do that or what will be the formula.
