As @Mayuri.Patel ma’am, described this may be because the user does not have the necessary permissions for any record or page.
You may check in the user’s profile, whether desired roles and permission for that module have been given or not!
Open the user’s profile → scroll down to the User Roles Panel sub-panel → search for the desired module and check permission.
I have set some restrictions,but it should show that error when the user tries to access it right?,why does it show just after login?

This is because the user you have sudo login does not have the necessary rights to access or view their own profile. You can verify this by attempting to open their profile after sudo login. This will prompt the same message.
Since we sudo login any user it lands on the user’s profile page, the lack of access rights causes the message to appear.
